Fluxbox on SUSE

Small Fluxbox ScreenshotEver since I played with Ubuntu and got a kick out of GNOME, I've been experimenting with other desktop environments. I've always liked the simple, super-fast interface of DSL, so I thought I'd give Fluxbox a try.

I've been messing around with it for the past couple of days on two different SUSE machines and I really like it. Very fast and KDE and GNOME apps are integrated fairly well. If you're not terrified of the command line or config files (or willing to spend some time learning) and would like to see how fast and light a desktop can be, give it a try. Even if you decide you don't like it, it's well worth the learning experience.

I added a small "how-to" on installing Fluxbox on SUSE.
